3. Maybe. Jurisdictional issues on the Internet are still unresolved. The early cases are divided, but a few cases (mostly from abroad) suggest that tortious Internet postings may subject the posting party to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the material is accessed. This is a very troubling prospect, given the absence of free speech protection in much of the world.
