Mr. Aieta is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.
Mr. Aieta focuses on intellectual property, cybersecurity, publicity and privacy, financial services, digital publishing and executive employment. He is a trial lawyer who advises on the business consequences of dispute resolution in court, in arbitration, or in negotiations. He was a founding partner of a successful IP development company and is a named inventor on seven granted US Patents. He has presented on "Five Legal Pitfall's in Acquiring Digital Publishing Rights" at Pace University's China-US Publishing Program (Sept. 2016), and "Information Governance and Data Security," at the Legal Network International Spring 2016 Conference (May 2016).
