Robert H. GoldieRobert H. Goldie is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP and chairman of the trusts & estates practice. Mr. Goldie concentrates his practice in trusts, estates and tax law. He is experienced in all aspects of estate planning including domestic and foreign taxation, real estate, will preparation and retirement planning. Admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, Mr. Goldie is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committees on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and Income Taxation of Estates and Trusts. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, where he participates in the Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Estates and Trusts Law. Author of The International Trust, Mr. Goldie is a lecturer for the Practicing Law Institute on issues regarding trusts and estates and foreign trusts.
