Daniel G. Gurfein

Daniel G. Gurfein is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

As a litigator, Mr. Gurfein handles major cases involving a wide variety of commercial rights and has significant experience in mortgage foreclosures, lender liability, computer software licensing, general commercial contract litigation, intellectual property licensing, including musical society licensing and television syndication agreements.

Mr. Gurfein is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Born in New York City, Mr. Gurfein earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) from Cornell University and his law degree (J.D.) from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
