Maurice HahnMaurice Hahn is of counsel to Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Mr. Hahn concentrates on the practice of estates and estate planning, private corporations and contracts encompassing domestic and international aspects. Admitted to practice before the New York Bar, Mr. Hahn is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and a member of its Trust & Estates International Committee, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and a former member of its Committee on foreign and comparative law, the American Society of International Law, The International Bar Association and the American Foreign Law Association. He is also a member of the French American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hahn was an adjunct professor of International Law at New York University Law School from 1963 to 1985 and author of Law Review Articles, and among them "Functional Limits of Multinational Enterprises", in The York University Journal of International Law and Politics" (1978). Born in Biarritz, France, Mr. Hahn earned his French undergraduate degree (BA) and his French law degree (LLB) from the University of Paris; he is a graduate of the "Ecole Libre des Sciences Politiques" in Paris and is a graduate (LLB) of Columbia Law School.
