Robert C. Hubbard

Robert C. Hubbard is of counsel to Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke.

Admitted before the New York State Bar, Mr. Hubbard is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Hubbard attended Yale University and earned his undergraduate degree (A.B.) from Princeton University. He received his law degree (LL.B.) from Yale University Phi Alpha Delta.

Mr. Hubbard is a director of a number of privately owned client companies, including International Registries, Inc., Sebec Securities, Inc., Kliklok Corporation, Southport Commercial Corporation, and is also a director of The International Trust Company of Liberia.

He is also an officer and trustee of a number of charitable organizations, including the American Farm School (Greece), Sofia American Schools, Inc. (Bulgaria) and The Horticultural Society of New York.
