Aaron M. Zeisler

Experience:

Aaron M. Zeisler is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and intellectual property law. 

He has represented clients in complex commercial disputes (frequently involving technology), trade secret claims, business torts, real estate disputes, copyright claims, libel and slander claims, and privacy issues.  He has represented clients in state and federal court in various jurisdictions throughout the country, both at the trial and appellate level, and has handled numerous arbitrations and mediations through the NYSE, private mediation services and court-assisted mediation programs.  Mr. Zeisler also regularly counsels individuals and corporate clients on trademark law, employment contracts and licensing agreements. 

Mr. Zeisler is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  His pro bono activities include serving as a trustee for the Center for Employment Opportunities, a not-for-profit organization located in Manhattan that provides employment, employee training and job development skills.

Education:

Mr. Zeisler earned his joint undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Economics and Public Policy magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colby College, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a legal research and writing Dillard Fellow and Moot Court member.
