Walter A. Saurack

Experience:

Walter A. Saurack is a partner at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

Mr. Saurack successfully has litigated a wide range of matters before FINRA, the AAA and, in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, including securities, employment, insurance, real estate and banking disputes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Saurack regularly counsels clients on employment, criminal and regulatory issues.  He represents clients in state and federal governmental investigations, conducts internal investigations and counsels clients regarding corporate compliance.

Mr. Saurack is a FINRA Arbitrator and a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Employment and Labor Relations Committee.

Mr. Saurack is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Education:

Mr. Saurack earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from Dartmouth College and his law degree from Notre Dame Law School.
