Martin B. Tallan

Experience:

Martin B. Tallan is counsel at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. 

Mr. Tallan concentrates his practice in corporate transactional law, with special emphasis on corporate restructurings (including bankruptcy restructurings), public offerings, private placements, and acquisitions.

Admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, Mr. Tallan is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Education:

Mr. Tallan earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) from the University of Toronto and his law degree magna cum laude, Order of the Coif (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  He also received a Master of Arts degree in education from Columbia University Teachers College.
