Erin A. O'Reilly

Experience:

Erin is a partner practicing in the area of corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and general corporate matters.

Erin represents both public and private companies in stock and asset transactions, and counsels clients on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including licensing and services agreements and strategic alliances.  She also advises clients on the formation of businesses, including drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, LLC operating agreements and employment and consulting agreements.

Erin has also counseled clients conducting promotions, contests and sweepstakes, including drafting rules and releases, providing advice regarding compliance with applicable state and federal laws, and reviewing advertising copy for various promotions and sweepstakes.

Prior to joining Satterlee, Erin practiced in the London office of a large international firm.

Erin is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and is a member of the American Bar Association and New York Bar Association.

Education:

Erin earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
