Joan Rosenstock

Joan Rosenstock is an associate at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke.

Ms. Rosenstock’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, including bankruptcy related litigation, with prior experience which includes alternative dispute resolution (ADR), insurance and lender liability.

Ms. Rosenstock is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Commercial and Federal Litigation section of the New York State Bar Association.

Before practicing law, Ms. Rosenstock worked as a university press editor specializing in the social sciences.

Ms. Rosenstock has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard University (B.A. and M.A.) and earned her law degree (J.D.) from New York University.
