Abigail Snow is an associate at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.
Ms. Snow concentrates her work in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, and has represented official committees of unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases, post-bankruptcy creditor trusts, foreign liquidators in Bankruptcy Code chapter 15 cross-border insolvency proceedings, and most recently a debtor in a prepackaged chapter 11 bankruptcy. She has also represented committees and a litigation trust in prosecution of adversary proceedings and claims objections, defended clients who were the subject of adversary proceedings, and represented landlords with bankruptcy real estate issues.
Ms. Snow has a background in the performing arts (music) and publishing.
Ms. Snow is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Snow earned her undergraduate degree (B.A.) summa cum laude, from Ignatius College at Fordham University, where she was the recipient of the O’Neill Prize, for the highest grade point average, and her law degree (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law.
