Suzanne E. Kaiser

Ms. Kaiser's experience in corporate litigation includes contract, tort, and environmental actions. She has also worked on cases involving defamation, copyright and trademark infringement, and deceptive advertising claims, as well as trademark registrations. She has a background in radio and print journalism, including an internship at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Admitted to practice in New York, Ms. Kaiser is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York County and New York State Bar Associations.

Ms. Kaiser earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude (B.A.) from Tulane University, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa honor societies. She received her law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law.
