Dwight A. Kinsey

Dwight A. Kinsey is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

Mr. Kinsey concentrates in the areas of corporate and public finance law. He has substantial experience in handling all types of corporate and securities matters including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions. He also has considerable experience in representing state, municipal and non-profit issuers, underwriters, and commercial banks in matters relating to tax-exempt financings, taxable municipal bonds and letter of credit transactions.

Mr. Kinsey is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, the Southern and Eastern District Federal Courts and is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Kinsey is also listed in the Bond Buyer's Municipal Market Place Red Book of Nationally Recognized Bond Counsel.

Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mr. Kinsey earned his undergraduate degree cum laude (B.A.) from Washington University. He also earned his law degree (J.D.) from Washington University, where he was a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly.
