Mark LernerExperienceMark Lerner is an associate at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Mr. Lerner is a litigator with experience in media cases and commercial litigation as well as pre-publication review and trademark registration. He also has experience in drafting software licensing and development agreements. Mr. Lerner has a background in publishing and the performing arts. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Mr. Lerner is a co-author of Lanham Act Update: Section 43(a) False Advertising Lawsuits, False Advertising and the Law -- Coping With Today's Challenges (PLI 1996). Admitted to practice in New York State and before the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Tenth Circuit Court, Mr. Lerner is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Lerner earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Haverford College and his law degree cum laude (J.D.) from New York University.
