Edwin T. Markham

Edwin T. Markham is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP practicing primarily in the area of general corporate and securities law.

Mr. Markham has represented both issuing corporations and underwriters in connection with public, underwritten securities offerings, of both debt and equity securities, as well asÜwith private placements of securities, including limited partnership and limited liability company syndications. He also has represented client corporations in connection with satisfying their reporting obligations under the securities laws.

Mr. Markham, in addition to a securities practice, has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporation and business practice areas, including, for example, trademark licensing, mergers, stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, financing transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Mr. Markham is a member of the Bar in New York, Ohio and Connecticut, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Corporations and Other Business Organizations Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Mr. Markham earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Cornell University and his law degree (J.D.) from New York University School of Law.
