Charles E. Murphy, Jr. is of counsel to Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

Mr. Murphy has more than 40 years experience in counseling clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, with emphasis in corporate finance, corrupt practices laws, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.

Mr. Murphy is a former director of Norstar Bank and Resorts International and Director, Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the John A. Hartford Foundation. He is admitted to practice in New York.

Mr. Murphy earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Dartmouth College and his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia Law School.
