Howard A. Neuman is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

Mr. Neuman's practice is concentrated in corporate and securities law matters, including investment adviser regulation, hedge funds and other investment programs, mergers and acquisitions, banking, commercial lending and other financial transactions, and real estate and environmental matters.

Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Neuman is also admitted before the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Sections on Corporation, Banking and Business Law and Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law. He is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and its Corporate and Business Law and Environmental Law Sections.

Mr. Neuman earned his undergraduate degree (B.S.) from the City College of the City of New York and his law degree (J.D.) magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
