Denis R. Pinkernell

Denis R. Pinkernell is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.

Mr. Pinkernell practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. He regularly advises publicly owned corporations regarding securities law questions, including advice in connection with public and private offerings of securities. He also advises privately owned corporations in connection with mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He has represented a number of energy companies in the fields of cogeneration and non-conventional oil and gas exploration technology, as well as sponsors of public and private oil and gas drilling programs.

A member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Mr. Pinkernell is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar.

Mr. Pinkernell earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Colgate University and his law degree (LL.B.) from Columbia University.
