J. Gregory SaverJ. Gregory Saver is a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Mr. Saver represents buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers and developers in transactions including the purchasing, sale, financing and development of real property. He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial and retail leasing transactions. He has managed a variety of complex matters relating to the development of municipal and not-for-profit private facilities including rehabilitation of low income housing, and construction of both residential and day care medical facilities. He has also managed large residential development projects for residential rental and condominium uses. Mr. Saver also advises residential cooperative corporations in connection with shareholder matters, financing, tax and real estate matters. Admitted to practice before the New York State Bar, the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of International Trade, Mr. Saver is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and, from 1992 to 1995, was a member of its Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law. He is also active in the American Bar Association, where he is a member of its Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Mr. Saver earned his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Villanova University and his law degree (J.D.) from St. John's University.
