Jennifer ShihJennifer Shih is an associate at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Ms. Shih concentrates her practice in immigration law and commercial litigation. Prior to law school, Ms. Shih served as a member of the Northern California Coalition for Human Rights and as a legal intern for the Immigration Legal Resource Center. Ms. Shih is the author of Know Your Rights, informational material provided to immigrant detainees in Santa Rita County Jail. She also revised portions of Naturalization: A Guide for Legal Practitioners and Other Community Advocates for the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. Ms. Shih earned her undergraduate degree (B.A., biology), with honors, from Washington University and her law degree (J.D.) from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was editor of the UC Davis Law Review and a Foundation of the State Bar Merit Scholar. Ms. Shih was also awarded the Imelda Rosenthal Memorial Scholarship for her commitment to public service. She received a University of California at Davis Washington Center grant to serve as law clerk at the Woman's Legal Defense Fund in Washington, D.C. Ms. Shih speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
