Anyone who puts material on the Internet runs some risk of being held liable for the material they post. Clearly, risks may often arise in the contexts of Digital Defamation and Negligent Publication. But there are other matters to consider. For example, is anyone free to put links to anyone else's web site on their own page? What if a web site uses the name, likeness, or voice of someone without their permission?
