Mr. Cabin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in areas including securities, corporate governance, M&A, media law and contract disputes.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Cabin was an associate in the litigation department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
Mr. Cabin clerked for the Honorable Alvin K. Hellerstein of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable John M. Walker, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Cabin is admitted to practice in New York.
Mr. Cabin received his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law where he was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Law Review. Mr. Cabin received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) cum laude from the University of Rochester.
