Satterlee Stephens Partners Mark Fowler, Mario Aieta, and Jennifer Philbrick McArdle participated in Pace University’s China-U.S. Publishing Program where they led a presentation entitled Five Action Points for Non-U.S. Content Providers in the Digital Economy.  The presentation was followed by an energetic discussion of U.S. and Chinese media law with the delegation from Jiangsu province, which included book publishers, daily newspaper presidents, cable news directors, and regulatory representatives.
