Rina R. Patel

Rina R. Patel is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.

Ms. Patel practices corporate and securities law and focuses her practice on representing clients in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions and sales, mergers, joint ventures and public offerings as well as in assisting with corporate governance, commercial contract and public company disclosure related matters.

Michael D. Baird

Michael Baird is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP. 

He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, finance, mergers and acquisitions and banking. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baird was an associate in the corporate department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.

Mr. Baird is admitted to practice in New York.

Sally R. Semonite

Sally R. Semonite is of Counsel to Satterlee Stephens LLP. 

Ms. Semonite’s practice is concentrated primarily with all aspects of real estate transactions and commercial finance.

Ms. Semonite is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

J. Gregory Saver

J. Gregory Saver is of Counsel to Satterlee Stephens LLP. 

Mr. Saver represents buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers and developers in transactions including the purchasing, sale, financing and development of commercial and residential real property.  He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial and retail leasing transactions including representation of a nationwide retail tenant and a large national commercial tenant. 

Dwight A. Kinsey

Dwight A. Kinsey is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.

Mr. Kinsey concentrates in the areas of corporate and public finance.  He has over 30 years of experience in handling all types of corporate and securities matters, including both domestic and foreign public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic collaborations.  Mr. Kinsey has represented a number of companies from incorporation through their initial public offering and beyond, including numerous follow on debt and equity offerings.

James F. Rittinger

James F. Rittinger is a senior partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP and the former Chairman of the Firm’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Rittinger is a litigator who has tried and handled appeals in leading cases in all areas of commercial litigation.

James J. Coster

James J. Coster is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP and is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and Chairman of the Executive Committee. 

Mr. Coster is a trial attorney with experience in a broad array of complex commercial litigation, particularly on behalf of financial institutions.
