Andrew L. Fish is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.  Mr. Fish concentrates his practice in white collar criminal defense and internal investigations, trial practice, and business litigation.

Walter A. Saurack

Walter A. Saurack is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.

Mr. Saurack is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience in a broad array of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, particularly on behalf of financial institutions.

Mr. Saurack has successfully litigated matters nationwide before FINRA, the AAA, and in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, including securities, RICO, banking, employment, insurance and real estate disputes.

Joshua M. Rubins

Joshua M. Rubins is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP.  

Mr. Rubins is a trial and appellate attorney with experience in all areas of commercial litigation, including securities, real estate, banking, antitrust, consumer fraud class actions, and commercial contracts.  He regularly represents a wide range of media clients in copyright, trademark and licensing disputes, as well as in defamation actions and other matters involving the First Amendment.

Glenn C. Edwards

Glenn C. Edwards is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP and concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. 

He has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, both trial and appellate, in federal and state courts in various jurisdictions, as well as arbitration.  Areas of practice have included contractual disputes, partnership disputes, business torts, securities, antitrust, intellectual property, products liability, bankruptcy, trusts and estates litigation, and media-related issues.

Thomas J. Cahill

Thomas J. Cahill is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP. 

Mr. Cahill is a litigator with particular experience in commercial contract, insurance, employment and copyright cases.  Mr. Cahill has represented public companies, private firms and individuals in federal and state courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

James F. Rittinger

James F. Rittinger is a senior partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP and the former Chairman of the Firm’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Rittinger is a litigator who has tried and handled appeals in leading cases in all areas of commercial litigation.

James J. Coster

James J. Coster is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP and is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and Chairman of the Executive Committee. 

Mr. Coster is a trial attorney with experience in a broad array of complex commercial litigation, particularly on behalf of financial institutions.

James J. Regan

James Regan is a partner of Satterlee Stephens LLP. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and also advises clients on intellectual property transactions.  

Jim is a trial lawyer with experience in a broad range of complex litigation actions including matters involving securities, credit card fraud liability, insurance coverage, ERISA, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, antitrust, and defamation.  Jim also has significant experience in bankruptcy litigation.
